James sold my house in the first main home open with about 23 groups coming through. He was very professional and a delight to do business with. I would highly recommend him and wish him well. Have a great Christmas and New Year James. Thank you for a great job.
I can see why James is at the top of his chosen profession, his knowledge of the market, area, professionalism and advice was second to none. During a traumatic time James made the sale of my Dads home quick and easy without compromising the price. Thanks James I would recommend you to anyone looking to buy or sell.
After our first meeting I made the decision to go with James, I had 2 other real estaters coming through but had faith in James' story. He didn't bother me with graphs, market movements and pictures of other houses which had nothing to do with mine, I'm interested in the value of my house, not someone else's. James valued my house and had a selling price in mind and shared it with me, but adjusted this as we progressed towards our first home open. The house went under offer in the first week and sold after financial approval. I'm one of the lucky ones who was able to sell his house without loss, other people are dealing with financial loss in this stricken market. I would recommend James to other people. There's one minus point, the request for this review came just after the official announcement of financial approval with " congratulations of the sell of your house", I wasn't informed yet! My personal opinion is that the request for a review and rating is done after the settlement when the job is done.
James has guided me through the sale process with ease. He has listened to my suggestions and made what can be a very stressful time into a really pleasant and enjoyable experience! Thank you James. I would highly recommend using him.
James knowledge of the Kingsley market is spot on, he exceeded our expectations in making the sale in a good time frame. His communication is top notch, from near immediate follow ups post home opens, email, phone calls and regular face to face visits. Would definitely recommend James when selling or buying in Kingsley.
James is a good operator, reliable, focussed, realistic, down-to-earth, communicates well and gets results. Having great market knowledge after so many years in the area is obvious. I would certainly engage James again!
I found James to have a very good knowledge of the Kingsley area and he was very focused once the house was put on the market. At 3 home opens in first 3 weeks there were 20 viewings which resulted in a sale.
We purchased our property through James and it was clear to see why he is the leading agent in the area. James knows the area because he grew up in it. He knows what makes it such a great area and works hard for both the sellers and buyers to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties. If you’re buying or selling in the area make sure you talk with James to see what he can do for you.
James was very patient with us, we visited so many houses before finding the one. He was very professional and understood what we were looking for. I knew we would end up buying a house though James. Thank you so much.
Being a busy person it was an absolute godsend I chose James to be my agent. He went above and beyond to help me through the processes of selling my house. Professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and courteous. I thoroughly recommend James.
James sold my property in Kingsley. I find James to be honest and diligent. He works tirelessly with his clients to achieve the best outcome. I strongly recommend James as an agent.
