After our first meeting I made the decision to go with James, I had 2 other real estaters coming through but had faith in James' story. He didn't bother me with graphs, market movements and pictures of other houses which had nothing to do with mine, I'm interested in the value of my house, not someone else's. James valued my house and had a selling price in mind and shared it with me, but adjusted this as we progressed towards our first home open. The house went under offer in the first week and sold after financial approval. I'm one of the lucky ones who was able to sell his house without loss, other people are dealing with financial loss in this stricken market. I would recommend James to other people. There's one minus point, the request for this review came just after the official announcement of financial approval with " congratulations of the sell of your house", I wasn't informed yet! My personal opinion is that the request for a review and rating is done after the settlement when the job is done.
