Although James did not sell our home in a he first 3 months, he never gave up. Shortly after he sold our house within our required price range. James was always professional in every way and I would definitely recommend him.

James had very good knowledge of what was selling in our area and kept us up to date with what was happening around us. James kept us up to date with offers and clients comments. At the selling point James was able to get us a better price than we expected. The market was down and interest in our property very low, allthough we finally accepted much lower than we had hoped, I think James managed to squeeze the best offer possible at that point
