Great result, property sold after just over 2 weeks. I took note of Jame's suggestions re de-cluttering and managed to present the property well enough to attract a good first open house inspection which was attended by the eventual buyer. Throughout the whole process James kept me informed every day of progress and even turned out for a private inspection on Anzac Day. I would highly recommend James to anyone wishing to sell or buy real estate. Good one James, 10/10.

We would highly recommend James to anyone selling/purchasing property. Too often people have a distrust of agents but this cannot be said of James. His all- round skills including negotiation, advice and communication could not be faulted.
James was by far the best communicator of the agents we interviewed and this was one of key strengths throughout the listing. We entered the market in a difficult period, just before Xmas, and it was great to be with an agent who stuck at it and maintained a high energy level throughout the campaign.
