This is the second time that I have worked with James and based on his efforts in the first sale, there was really no need to seek proposals from any other Agencies. One of James' strengths is that he takes time to communicate the progress of each component of the sale process and has the knack of quickly developing a rapport with purhaser's, which assists greatly during the negotiation phase. James is very professional, has a good knowledge of the Hills District residential market and was able to provide sound advice on cost effective marketing options that were available. The property was sold within a few weeks of its first opening and, despite a softening unit market, James was able to achieve a speedy and very good price. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an Agent in the Hills area.

Great result, property sold after just over 2 weeks. I took note of Jame's suggestions re de-cluttering and managed to present the property well enough to attract a good first open house inspection which was attended by the eventual buyer. Throughout the whole process James kept me informed every day of progress and even turned out for a private inspection on Anzac Day. We would highly recommend James to anyone selling/purchasing property. Too often people have a distrust of agents but this cannot be said of James. His all- round skills including negotiation, advice and communication could not be faulted.

James was by far the best communicator of the agents we interviewed and this was one of key strengths throughout the listing. We entered the market in a difficult period, just before Xmas, and it was great to be with an agent who stuck at it and maintained a high energy level throughout the campaign. He achieved the result we were after in that difficult time between Xmas and New Year when evryone else was taking a break, well done James.
