This is now my second transaction with James and Declan. Again, impressed with the constant communication and dedication towards the best end goal possible for you as efficiently as possible. Never do you experience a feeling of not knowing what is happening during the process. I would imagine the culture at Packhams would be of high priority as each person has a high level of customer service. You feel part of the team during the process, enviable for many business's to achieve this. Thank you James and Declan. Great job again and have recommended you to others as a must for this industry.

After doing some research on Real Estate Agents within the suburb we are hoping to purchase our next home, I quickly realised James Packham was the agent I wanted to engage to sell our investment property. James and Declan were very responsive, proactive and knowledgeable about the local recruitment market.
