James and Kaneisha know the market well and are great to deal with. Their downfall is they are just too hard to get hold off and hence communication/service levels are poor.

James was always honest about his perceptions of the market and what to expect. He demonstrated a high level of knowledge of the housing market and associated industries and, while firm in his convictions, was always open to discussion of issues. While a little disappointed with the final sale price, I acknowledge that the timing was not ideal - a tad late in the season for the particular property - and I was happy to finalise the contract to keep within my own desired timeframes.
