We recently bought a unit in Epping for our son. It was a challenging task as we live interstate. I am attaching a copy of the letter I gave James to show how we truly feel. Dear James I first made contact with you on the 30th of Jan 2017. And it is now mid April. Our house purchase is coming to a close now. To a certain extent feel sad, as I am not going to have an excuse to call you and ask some stupid question. I am really sorry to have put you through all the home work I set you pretty much on a daily basis. James, it’s been such a pleasure to have you work in tandem with us/me on this project from beginning to end (not sure if the feelings are mutual as even I was feeling annoyed with my own questions and tasks by the end). I know millions of people buy properties interstate or even overseas. But this has been our first experience and it wouldn’t have gone so smoothly without your accommodating nature. From the beginning, you worked diligently with me, without being a pushy salesman. At that stage you didn’t really know if I was ultimately going to buy your property. Well, even I didn’t know that. However, you were willing to spend time with us. Many would have by then thought this to be a waste of time. Due to family and business issues I kept postponing my trip to Sydney and by then some Agents were losing interest. But, you on the other hand didn’t show any sign of exasperation. I found it very easy to work with you. You came across very honest and sincere. Many think when buying a house your dealings with the agent finishes, at the end of the negotiation of the price. But, in reality it is after that the true work load starts. At least for the buyer. And in my case it was harder as I had to solely rely on you as I was living interstate. And many of the issues were not really under your “duties or responsibilities” umbrella. Still you were willing to accommodate and assist. We are truly grateful for all the help and assistance

James Ramsay and Kevin Dearlove did a terrific job in selling our home. Situated on Pennant Hills Rd, it was a tricky property to sell. They provided two obligation free appraisals (about a year apart), had the home beautifully photographed and went to significant efforts in developing and executing the sales strategy for the home. We were very happy with the time and efforts they spent on marketing the home and the way they kept in touch with us throughout the campaign. We ended up getting a fair price for the home - and at the top end of estimates from some other local estate agents. McGrath was very competitive in their pricing and bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. I would definitely use James and Kevin again in the future.

What a delight it was to deal with James. This is now my 7th purchase and most agents are pushy for the sale and become dormant for the rest of the process. James was always at the end of the phone with any questions, wiling to always go the extra mile, polite, professional and furthermore has a really genuine desire for wanting the best for his clients.
