James has a very good marketing strategy. He put the house on various media outlets and web sites with excellent photo's and insight to its location and facilities near by. It went on the market on the Wednesday and we had an open house the next Saturday. We had a large group of prospective buyers go through the house. 8 contracts were taken. Several buyers put in offers. We had a biding war. The was sold with in 12 hours for an excellent price. Quite a bit more than we though we would get for it. We found him to be very trust worthy, honest, polite, efficient, and up front with how the sale was progressing. we give him a 5 star rating as an excellent sales person, and would recommend him to any future person wishing to sell a house. He went out of his way to help us achieve our goal.
