Would choose Debbie again.

After living in our house for twelve years it was time to move on. We completed some research for real estate agents to sell our house and we came across Debbie Lubke from Harmony Property Group. We contacted her and asked her advice on the timeframe of the sale of houses in our price brackets, the house values, etc. which resulted in us listing our house with her with the flat fee of commission which was a major factor in choosing her. Her attention to detail and keeping us up-to-date with enquires was another plus. After selling our house in a reasonable timeframe we have moved on and would choose her again. Talk to Debbie if you want a friendly agent who knows what she’s doing.

Debbie was wonderful to deal with and always kept me informed of progress. The two agents I tried before Debbie were rude and bossy. They told me my house was worth much less than I thought. They also said I had to do this, that and the other thing before I could put it on the market. Debbie helped me tremendously by advising not to go overboard with renovations, and advised to offer it at a much higher price than the other agents. She was amazing at sorting out the genuine buyers for me and negotiating an excellent price. Talk to Debbie if you want a friendly agent who knows what she’s doing.

James is a gentle, respectful and caring agent. He demonstrated a very good understanding of the market at the time and sold at just over the anticipated price in very quick time. Could not have done it on my own

James has been amazing. James took on the task of selling my Dad's Bungallow after passing away. James dealt with everything that went with it including the Publuc Trustee Qld. James is not just a Real Estate Agent... James is a really nice down to earth person. I would not use anyone else. With the sale, it involved 4 entities; James, my Sister Tina, The Public Trustee and myself. We all live in 4 different states, Qld, NSW, Vic, SA and 3 different time zones. James got the job done and we so appreciate it. It's been quite a journey and you did a stellar job Thankyou James You're the best!
