James recently handled the sale of my late father's property. While having to deal mostly with the NSW Guardian and Trustee as the executor of our father's estate James also kept us fully informed as the process proceeded and was able to communicate issues as they arose so we could take them up with the trustee when required. I originally contacted James before he won the business of marketing the property from the trustee and without any assurance he would gain the listing was prepared to provide a detailed plan of how he would handle the property given the current market conditions etc. The plan and expected price etc all turned out to be pretty much what eventuated with a sale above expectation after a professional and polished campaign.
