We chose James as a real estate agent after looking at all the local sales and who'd sold them. He is younger than most of the local agents and we wanted to give him a go, knowing that he had the backup of Ray White North Ryde and David Jarvis. We were so impressed with James from the get-go - he always returns calls, does what he says he will do and did not try to push us into choosing him, unlike other companies' agents. What set him apart in that regard was his sincerity - not once did we feel that his interest in our property or getting the best price for us was fake (unlike other agencies). He did not give us gifts or regale us with his success stories! When we were preparing the house to go on the market, James took the time to go room by room suggesting removing or moving items, and suggested where to move them to. This was so helpful as we are time-poor and exhausted, and not interior designers! The result was we had a beautifully presented home by the time the photographer and videographer arrived. James stayed with the latter room by room, and shared everything with us every step of the way. While the house was on the market, James shared everything with us and was in contact on a daily basis, including replying to after-hours text messages. At the auction, James was there advising us and double-checking with each decision made with the auctioneer that we were 100% happy with it. We would not hesitate to recommend his real estate services to friends, family, neighbours and colleagues. We would tell them that he is honest, smart, reliable, trustworthy and knows the local market so well.
