From the outset, James explained the entire process very clearly and kept us up to date with progress of the sale. James was very accessible and returned calls promptly. Before and during the various stages of the auction, James made many helpful suggestions as to strategy but I never felt like I was being pushed. I had several estimations of sale price prior to the auction but James' was actually the closest. I found James to be entirely trustworthy and would certainly use him again.
