Nothing was too hard.....from our initial phone call to PRD, to his follow up for when we were coming to town. On arrival James invited us in to give us a great presentation and over view via a map of the area, to explain the terrain and what type of properties were available. Then the next meeting was a day driving us around to properties that we had profiled we were looking for.. we felt he listened to everything we said and then some. We finally settled on our dream home and made an offer. From there on in, to settlement day, James never hesitated to help us with negotiating with the owner, the building inspector, the solicitor and finally our final inspection.
