James is in Agnes Water, which is experiencing a sales slump at the moment, due I believe to over development of too much too soon, thus creating a glut of properties. However, once James is aware of your interest in either buying or selling, he keeps you informed about the market. James also takes the time to promote the area as much as possible. With his continued hard work the time will come when values begin to improve. Once I asked James to "go to work on my property" and pointed out it's advantages over properties of the same nature, he was very proactive. Although perhaps a sale was a little unexpected, when it came along, James was out of the blocks and wasted no time in getting that little bit extra above each offer, keeping the ball rolling, contract signed etc. The whole time keeping me constantly informed of the progress and provided any contacts I needed to ensure an uncomplicated settlement, even once the transaction was completed, he remained in touch
