I have been looking to purchase a property in Agnes Water for around 4 or 5 years and James has always been more than happy to show me new properties whenever I have asked. He has gone way beyond without ever pressuring me to make a purchase. WELL, I think it's about time that I actually wrote a Big "THANK YOU" for helping me, with the purchase of my new property at 57 Seaspray Drive... James was excellent as a "real person" and not just another Real Estate Agent? From my very first email enquiry that night, he replied early the next morning... and sent me photos from the deck, that same afternoon!! James has always keep me informed of the situation, and of course also with the vendors, as the changes occurred with me trying to Sell my house, and purchase this Property in Agnes Water And then was in contact with me, all throughout this rather long Property Settlement... PS, the only reason that I didn't give you the 5 stars (on knowledge & negotiation) is because I'm from the "old school" where it's good to leave some "room for improvement" to keep you focused, and always working at it?!! He was honest, professional & very timely with his responses to our questions. At no time did we feel pressured into anything with James & that’s one thing that can be annoying with a real estate agent. He lives on his phone- it never took more than a minute for him to reply & that’s important in this busy climate. If I was buying or selling another property & had the chance to use James I would, without hesitation.

I can't recommend James highly enough! As we were new to the area he took time to give us a tour of the the different suburbs and a great general overview of the local property market. He was fantastic at listening to our needs and finding us properties to suit. In fact, I think he worked out what we wanted before we did! We couldn't be more delighted with the service we received and the property we eventually bought!
