Whilst on holidays in Agnes Water recently James gave us plenty of time to view a range of properties on the market for sale (some multiple times). Once we returned home we were able to shortlist a couple that suited us the negotiations begun until we struck a deal! In the end it was relatively stress free and buying made easy with the help of a confident agent.

We travelled to Agnes Water for a long weekend over Easter with an intent to review the properties / land available and purchase if we found something we loved. James was in regular communication from the first contact some weeks before we travelled. Noting it was Easter we expected to manage around a couple of hours with him on one day, however James made himself available all weekend and was pretty much at our ‘beck and call’. He definitely knows the market in the area inside out and quickly worked out what we were looking for and found it for us. James was efficient, knowledgeable and extremely personable and we look forward to working with him in the future when we build. We now own our little plot of paradise thanks to James.
