James was the agent selling my mother's unit. The sale, which was incomplete when my mother suddenly passed away, was also complicated by the unit being partly owned by Keystart the Government Housing Authority. James was incredible in keeping the buyer interested in continuing the purchase during the long probate process which had to be completed before the sale could be finalised. James is a great communicator and kept both the buyer and myself informed at every step. He went out of his way to get documents to me to be signed and I always felt he was on our side. James is very genuine, friendly, approachable and professional and his advice was very much appreciated. I would certainly use him as an agent again and recommend him to others.
