Jamie Benjamin approached us several years ago to enquire of the then current situation and plans for the property, as I believe he had some dealings with neighbours. We had a meeting to discuss future potential and also to advise the situation and our plans at the time. We also advised that we had no immediate plans to sell, but would be in touch when the time was right. From this meeting, I was impressed with the way Jamie handled things along with his sincerity. Therefore when the time was right to consider marketing the property some one a half to two years later, we went straight to Jamie. Jamie was easy to work with, communicated well, and gave us invaluable tips and feedback during our preparation to put the home on the market. Most of all Jamie respected our timeframes but also gave good direction, advice, and a gentle "shove" where required. The team were professional, and although there were a couple of minor admin hiccups, these were resolved quickly and professionally with no negative consequences.
