Not really happy with the outcome i didnt get the promise quoted selling price when they assess the current property value. My agent kept me informed weekly with all the details and feedback. Advertising and photos are great!
There were a few problems at the beginning. The photos of the property were not up to the standard of when I first purchased the property. There was more lifestyle photos than of the actual property. Also after one of the inspection days I went to collect mail a few days later and found that the property was open. Doors and windows had not been locked. I was very disappointed about that. I really didn't get the price I was hoping. Overall there were a few hiccups along the way.

His organising of photographs, brochures and video was impressive, as was the rest of the Harcourt team during open house sessions. The advice we received was sound, not only did we get the reserve price at auction we exceeded it beyond expectations. Jamie's negotiation skills were obvious from our first meeting. He created a sales campaign around me, he asked great questions and actually listened to my responses.
