Jamie is excellent, I’ve used Jamie a couple of times, and it never sense to amaze me with his high knowledge of realestate. Very highly regarded as one of the best. Would highly recommend Jamie.

I had already made contact with my rental managers who were keen to push the enquiry through to their sales agent. So my first contact was via them, in which i got a speel with the predictions. He got the first look internally while tenants still living there . He then put forward his vauation and opinion of the outcome .......Meanwhile in chatting to a mate he recommended Jamie, so i rang him. From there the outset of my contact Jamie was very warming & knowledgable. So i gave the opportunity for Jamie to be involved in the sale of my property. Jamie also viewed the property while the tenants were moving out. Once inspected Jamie rang me with his view on the potential of the house, but also so some shortcomings. I really liked the feedback, even prior to rental managers exit inspection, in which they didn't pickup on his observations . His experience was so much appreciated and insightful, so much more than the rental managers review. Jamie expressed to me some small details that needed to fixed or additions required that would help in the sale. Given the repaul l gained in a short period, Jamie's valuation was more accurate than the previous salesman. Jamie then spoke about his strategie to gain the best selling price for me the vendor. It was comforting to hear then , but also to see how he made it work ! Jamie's knowledge and expertise then come to a fore, with great interest from numerous new home buyers. Once buyers were interested, he then went to work upselling the property on behalf of the vendor. Jamie was very astute and accurate in his ability also his knowleadge of the processes. Jamie spoke with purpose , method to be used and then delivered near 100% accuracy of what he forsaw . Jamie obtained a price way better than expected, so l am very happy and grateful for his presence in this sale. l would highly recommend Jamie to anyone !!

Jamie understood from the very beginning how sentimental and emotional we were with selling our current home, and handled it with the care and sensitivity we needed. He was professional when we needed him to be, but also became a very good mate. Jamie is very knowledgeable about the market and what purchasers are looking for. He always gave us positive feedback first, but also educated us on the things we needed to change and explained why. I can't recommend Jamie highly enough. If you don't want to fed constant nonsense and have your needs and privacy respected, then he is your man for sure. I am very fussy and picky and can't be bothered with agents that just say want they think you want to hear and then do the opposite. Jamie isn't like that.
