I recently purchased a home which was marketed through Jan at Paradise Property Group in Cairns. I have purchased a number of homes in my times and this was easily the best buying experience I have had. Jan’s communication is excellent and is not pushy at all, clear direct communication which cut down on the back and forth and made it a very simple transaction, which is quite rare! He even arranged for me to meet the vendors BEFORE settlement to discuss some quirks with the house, which agents never usually allow. I would not hesitate to recommend Jan.

We found Jan to be very knowledgeable, honest and helpful. He was very prompt in getting back to us when we had questions, It has been a pleasure dealing with Jan.

We couldn’t have been more impressed with Jan. He negotiated hard and received a record price in a very short time.

Jan went above and beyond, his communication was outstanding and was right there every step of the way as we are interstate thanks for all your help.

Jan made the sale of my property so easy and no stress. I could not have asked for a smoother process. His professionalism was exceptional. I couldn’t recommend him more highly to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property.

Jan put in over and above with the sale of my house. Cannot fault him. Extremely thorough and transparent. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

Brilliant agent to work with through the whole selling process.

Thank you Jan for everything. So professional and knowledgeable. Made the process so easy and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. By far the best real estate agents in Cairns, would not hesitate to use them again! Has been an absolute pleasure.

I have bought and sold a lot of properties over the years, and I have used numerous agents. I would absolutely rate Jan the best. It is so refreshing to find an agent that actually works for you either as a seller or buyer. He is honest and is very professional. He is contactable at any time and goes way beyond what is needed. He treats you as a friend and is very genuine. He always keeps you informed. If you are buying or selling, I would absolutely recommend Jan. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I look forward to my next purchase or sale and working with Jan.

Jan was very helpful and was always on hand to explain anything we were unsure of as first time buyers. Always checking that we were happy with the process and keeping us up to date with any updates, he made buying our first home a lot less stressful. I would like to thank Jan and the team and cannot recommend them enough!

Jan was extremely supportive even when I was losing hope due to some complex details with the purchase of the property Jan worked closely with the current owners and myself and all the technicality’s were resolved he communicates immediately any details and answered all of my calls he was extremely tentative to my wishes which is admirable and he fulfilled all my needs I hope to purchase the next property with Jan he made it a very positive experience.

Jan goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and informed. From our first meeting we knew Jan was the man to sell our home. Jan has new ideas and strategies that bring the best price which certainly worked in our situation. Jan's communication skills are excellent and he kept us in the loop every step of the way. We will be utilising Jan again in the future. We highly recommend Jan to anyone thinking of selling.
