Jan is completely up to date in his market knowledge, very accurate in assessing what the value of my property was. He was helpful and professional, able to tell me what I needed in terms of certificates etc. He had a number of legitimate buyers interested in my type of property and worked at getting it viewed. It sold in only 12 days from going on line. He is lovely to work with and gives his all.
Jan is a genuine real estate agent - which is not a word usually used to describe any individual selling something, especially real estate agents. He was so thorough in his research of the location and my individual property. He was realistic, yet worked hard to achieve higher than the desired amount.
