We commissioned Jan from the Paradise Property Group for the sale of our home, from the very start to the end sale of our home we found Jan honest, helpful and went out of his way to ensure our journey was as smooth as possible. We cannot recommend Jan enough and will be contacting him for further real estate needs.
An excellent real estate agent to work with, who has an extremely good knowledge on the market in question. Jan has been very kind and extremely helpful throughout our purchase journey, and he has also worked hard to accommodate almost all our requests given the complexity of the deal on our side. Thank you Jan for helping us make this happen. I’d love to do business with you again if at all I invest in cairns.
Jan is a motivated, dynamic and knowledgeable sales agent. He listened to our wants and needs, designed a marketing campaign to suit and achieved his (and our) goal plus more. We found Jan to be professional but also approachable. He also gave us honest and realistic advice when it came to preparing our home for sale, saving us unnessary expenditure. His communication is excellent, keeping us up to date at every step. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jan as a sales agent and would most definitely use his services again in the future.
If you're looking for a highly professional real estate agent in Cairns and the surrounding suburbs, Jan Hooghe is an excellent choice. Jan's communication skills and ability to achieve win-win outcomes for parties involved in a 'real estate' transaction are top-notch. Highly recommended!
Jan was excellent! We were very happy with his service. We have already listed with him again. Highly recommend Jan and Paradise Property Group!
Jan is completely up to date in his market knowledge, very accurate in assessing what the value of my property was. He was helpful and professional, able to tell me what I needed in terms of certificates etc. He had a number of legitimate buyers interested in my type of property and worked at getting it viewed. It sold in only 12 days from going on line. He is lovely to work with and gives his all.
Jan is a genuine real estate agent - which is not a word usually used to describe any individual selling something, especially real estate agents. He was so thorough in his research of the location and my individual property. He was realistic, yet worked hard to achieve higher than the desired amount. Jan was always easy to get a hold of, and returned messages and calls promptly. We never questioned his expertise. What made Jan stand out in comparison to other real estate agents within the beaches area was his after hours commitment to meet, his prompt research, his property estimation and his kind, trusting easy going nature. And sense of humour. I would highly recommend Jan to sell your property due to his commitment to the seller.
It was a pleasure working with Jan to purchase our home. Buying a house unseen from interstate is a huge deal and Jan was very patient with our phone calls and questions and always called us back if he wasn't available. I would have no hesitation in buying from Jan again. Thanks
Jan was so good to deal with. As we were in Melbourne and unable to view the property Jan did everything he could to help us. Videos, measuring and regular contact made all the difference. We would highly recommend Jan, he was honest and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Jan!
Jan is not just another real estate agent. It's like having your own personal real estate concierge service. Jan is well-connected with all types of trades for all your needs. Any questions I had, day or night, be it for the property I'm selling, or the property I was purchasing, he was there. I cannot recommend Jan enough. Jan met me once 2 years ago and remembered me at an open home I went to. It makes a difference. That's a gift.
Jan was highly recommended to me and he performed above expectation. His knowledge and method of marketing achieved for me a quick and satisfactory outcome in a difficult market.
I was a completely clueless first home buyer asking what was probably a million ridiculous questions, majority of which, I'm sure were common knowledge for most people. Jan answered every single one, even going so far to tell me each time they were good questions, with nary an eye roll or a condescending tone. Patience of a saint. At the very first property inspection he pretty much wrote out a whole guide with what I needed to do from making an offer to finding a conveyancer. Jan is personable, exceptional at his job and perhaps most importantly, seems to be just a genuinely good guy. I would 100% without doubt or hesitation recommend Jan for buying/selling your next property.
