It has been a bit stressful selling our homes in the past but this time it wasn't. Jan priced the home well and she gave us plenty of knowledgable assistance and advice which put our minds at rest with the selling procedure. Our home sold quickly without and unnecessary delays. There was a concern for us with a clause the buyer wanted included in the contract but Jan explained it to us and reassured us that it wasn't a concern at all and we understood it was there for the buyer and the seller. For us it was just a matter of sitting back and letting Jan do the job she knows well.

Jan was very accommodating with us and helping us with a last minute showing. She also helped with talking to the vendor for special requests and keeping them up to date with our circumstances whilst also advising us of things that had been done like carpets being clean lawns, mowed etc. Thank you Jan for our home and all that you did.
