Not all that glitters is gold. That 'smile' doesn't work for us. With your flash expensive cars parked on the boulevard, you may think it impresses people but it only made us think that you ripped us a new one when it came to commission and haggling for a good price. Sure, you want get the best money for your seller, we get that, you score more JJ, you have to pay for those flash V8 Fords with flash fuel appetites, tax deducted and payed for by us tax payers. (Anything wrong with a humble little show car???) When it came to delivering the (LATE) keys all we could hear was a long-sing-song excuse about (to this day) god knows what. Screwed my wife around with BS stories and when I got onto the phone about where our RIGHTFULL keys were, JAN JONES thought it appropriate to scream and curse at me and then slammed the phone in my ear. Yes JANNET JONES! YOU DID! OVIOUSLY not used to NOT getting your way, hey honey. Thank god we going to live in this house for at least the next 30 years so we will not have to deal with your impertinent, one-sided, ice-cold attitude. Your agent-client interaction skills are, to say the least, and were in our case, bloody shocking. Now let's see... Market Knowledge: We don't know, estate agents are like lawyers and car salesmen, CAN'T TRUST THEM. They will tell you what ever you would like to hear in order just to make that good flash car buying coin... Communication: With my wife... looooooooong and tedious, monotonous and uninspiring. IE. One-sided. With me, other than a shrill, skreetchand a loud BANG, her communication skill are CLEARLY non-existant! Credibility: If you cannot get the first two a five-star, then absolutely forget about any stars for credibility! PFFT!!! Negotiation: Well now, we feel we have clearly described just who Jan Jones interests cover. It may work
