When we met with Jan she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with respect to all requirements before settlement could occur. The house itself required a though clean and significant declutter. Jan was able to provide contact details for numerous organisations that specialise in those tasks. At the first open house several offers were received which Jan passed on to us. One of those offers being well over our asking price. It suited both parties to conclude the contract asap as the buyers were looking for a place for their elderly parent and we had an empty house so a short settlement was agreed. Throughout the whole process I found Jan to very professional and highly knowledgeable, especially around the legal requirements in sale by EPA. This made for a smooth transition.
