Jan and the home owner were very accommodating and I as in same day with the positive look. I was able to get a contract the same day and from there I had to understand QLD purchasing laws. Jan put me in touch with a good conveyancer and the journey began. Laws are very different interstate and I was soon to learn with good guidance from Jan.
