We rang Jan Jones as we had sold our home and had been mucked around by another agent and had to find a suitable home as we had only4weeks until settle ment. I asked Jan if she could help us out as we were desperate. Jan was great she asked us if we would like to view a house that had just come on the market and was taking photos on the following Wednesday. Jan assured us it was just what we were looking for. Well she was right it was perfect ,We put a bid in with Jans help to what she thought would be exceptable to the seller,and before we knew it we had a settlement day and a beautiful new home ready to move too. we were looking for our forever house after almost 50 yrs at our previous address we had been looking for weeks from brisbane to nambour we had our preferences worked out but everything we looked at didn't feel right on our way back from another disappointing search we drove thrugh clontarf to look at a house we had seen advertised on real-estate .com from Jan we stopped at the house and right away it seemed just right for us so we called Jan and enquired about the house sadly for us it was under contract but my wife asked Jan if it falls through can we make an offer a couple of days later we had a call to say it was back on the market we arranged for an inspection with Jan and made our offer and through Jan's negotiation skills we signed and we couldn't be happier a big thankyou to Jan and her team for all their help to make the sale very smooth
