Jan was lovely to deal with as first time home buyers. She answered all our questions and helped us through the buying process. Very lovely agent with alot of knowledge and experience.

Great asset to the Industry, over the last few months I’ve meet many that was not interested in what my needs were, only selling a over inflated house. Jan is honest and reliable, and did her very best for me and Greg.

Jan was honest with what she wanted to do and her costs when selling my property. I bought my house through Jan Jones 13.5 years ago. I am very happy with her professionalism and friendly manner. Jan had a contract for me at a great price in less than a week.

Jan was amazing and so helpful. She kept us updated on property sales so never missed out and eventually found our first home. Thank you again for everything Jan!

I found Jan to be honest, ethical and knowledgeable of the local market

Jan Jones has always been an icon of the Rothwell realestate market and we saw why when we sold our home with her in January of this year. Our house was sold at the very first open home for above listing price. Jan made the entire process hassle free with her experienced advice, straight forward communications and professional approach. Even after the sale went through and we had moved out of the property, Jan went above and beyond to help us retrieve some forgotten items from the home (the buyers were also very accommodating). I would not hesitate to recommend (and already have!) Jan Jones to anyone considering selling their house in Rothwell area.

Jan Jones provided us with a superb result thanks to her expert knowledge of the local market and her professionalism. We can highly recommend Jan Jones to anyone looking to sell their property. 5++ stars

We rang Jan Jones as we had sold our home and had been mucked around by another agent and had to find a suitable home as we had only4weeks until settle ment. I asked Jan if she could help us out as we were desperate. Jan was great she asked us if we would like to view a house that had just come on the market and was taking photos on the following Wednesday. Jan assured us it was just what we were looking for. Well she was right it was perfect ,We put a bid in with Jans help to what she thought would be exceptable to the seller, and before we knew it we had a settlement day and a beautiful new home ready to move too. Jan was very professional and handled everything for us.I couldn’t have been happier,Jan even made arrangements for us to move some of our garden tools and plants in earlier as they couldn’t fit in with the Removalists.Jan restored my faith in realestate agents.

Our experience with Jan was very positive. She was no-nonsense and up-front regarding marketing and her fees, which were the lowest quoted to us. She updated us regularly regarding buyers' views of our apartment. She worked hard to get us the price we were after.

From the first meeting with Jan, she informed us of legal documents that was needed to complete the sale and her advice of price listing was invaluable. Due to her market knowledge the house was sold quickly and she kept us informed with the progress of offer to settlement.

I have worked with Jan for many years and the sale of my property was easy and stress free for me. Jan has excellent local knowledge and been on the Peninsula for years. Nothing was ever a problem. Thank you again Jan, you made everything easy and very affordable. Look forward to my next venture

This is the second time that I have engaged Jan in the buying and selling of a property. Jan communicates well and is always approachable. She responds to all questions and gives an honest answer.
