After meeting with Jan we knew we had chosen the right agent. She was extremely caring of our situation and stepped us through the whole process. We were very surprised with the sale price achieved in a very fast time. Jan is very knowledgeable and caring and knew the local market and how to best present our home for sale.. We would have no hesitation in recommending her.
Jan was an extremely professional agent with a warm and friendly touch. Her communication was outstanding, and she went above and beyond for us. Knowing we were out of town whilst selling, Jan kept a close eye on our property and even went as far as watering our plants. Jan remained calm and focused through out the process and we couldn't be happier with the result we got.

I have worked with Jan buying and selling over a long period, as have many of my friends. She is honest, down to earth and gives 110% in getting the best result for you as a seller, and for matching you with the right property as a buyer. Jan is more than just an agent to her clients and has established strong long term relationships with many. Her genuine friendly nature is backed with years of experience and the utmost professionalism. Highly recommended!!
After speaking with several agents Jan was only agent that had a positive view to selling our unit. Jan didn’t try to sell us a ridiculous priced add campaign like other agents as well. Always positive and professional and kept us informed. Jan got us a great price for our unit. Would 110% recommend Jan to sell your house/unit.
Jan was very knowledgeable with the price value of the area on the type of houses that were similar to ours. Always keeping me updated with any new listing that was comparable. Very helpful and understanding at all times. I would highly recommend Jan to sell your house she was professional, reliable, caring and understanding throughout our sale process. You won’t regret giving her a call one of the best in the area.

From our first meeting with Jan she was always very constructive and forthright with her comments and assessment of the property. She displayed professional conduct in our dealings and was very organized with open house displays and subsequent discussions of prospective buyers. Jan also provided us with constant updates re sales negotiation. Would highly recommend her as property agent.
Thanks Jan for selling our house. Jan handled our property in a professional and timely manner. She discussed the property and helped identified its potential. We did our homework and had a calculated idea of the market value but it was Jan who kept us updated on every potential buyer giving us feedback and helped us identify the main players .We’re more than happy with the sales result which I believe was achieved in a short window of time.
Jan has the confidence of an experienced agent who's been in the business a long time and has a wealth of knowledge, exactly what I was looking for. Jan was in no was pushy or demanding rather respectful and friendly and a pleasure to have in my home. Jan sold our house to the first buyer, couldn't be happier and continued to show clients through our open home for weeks after for a back up contract in case the sale didn't go through, that's commitment.
