Jan recently sold my townhouse in Manly and was absolutely fantastic! She was a true professional the whole time, impeccably presented, knowledgeable in all aspects of selling a townhouse regarding body corp, sinking funds etc., always providing feedback on all inspections and buyers interest. I highly recommend Jan as your Agent who will never ever give up and remained positive throughout the whole selling process. Very impressive, thank you so much Jan, all the very best xo

Jan kept me informed through the sale of our house. She held weekly inspections, knew the market very well and provided well thought through advice and negotiated the best price. I would recommend Jan highly.

Jan is an extremely professional person, and is dedicated to her sellers and clients. Jan has always gone the extra mile to achieve the results I wanted, and her advice and knowledge is outstanding. I have always had complete trust in Jan and her reputation as both an agent, and personally, is one of trustworthiness, professionalism and dedication. I have recommended, and will continue to recommend Jan to people both selling and buying.

Jan Mahon is a great agent who is friendly, punctual and very professional We ended up with a solid/fair price despite a declining market and were overall very happy with the result.

Worked closely with up, even though we are 2,000 kms from property being sold. Communication kept open at all times, clear and useful. Jan went above and beyond at a personal level to give us the best opportunity possible for sale of our property .

I have bought and sold properties through Jan over a number of years. She is extremely professional with a very good knowledge of the Wynnum Manly area. Jan identifies closely with her clients and works with both buyers and sellers to match the right person with each property, whilst working hard to get the seller the best price for their property. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jan to any potential seller or buyer wanting someone trustworthy and approachable with experience and a very good knowledge of the region.

We have sold properties through Jan for over 10 years. Jan is laid back, easy to work with and provides a very professional service. In the most recent sale the property was sold for the full list price!

We found Jan to have really good communication skills, we were kept up to date on each stage of our purchase, in fact she told us settlement had taken place before the solicitor contacted us. We would not hesitate to recommend Jan to any prospective clients. Ernest & Valerie Webb

We had a great experience buying this house. We jumped on it as soon as we saw it advertised. Jan was quick & efficient, organised an inspection, & the purchase was done within 48 hours of seeing it online. Very grateful for her service.

It is my pleasure to write this review for you Jan! Throughout the entire selling process Jan was totally professional and unwaveringly confident that I would achieve a sale and be able to move on. At all times, Jan constantly kept me informed of any enquiries that were made and always gave feedback that any buyers had. Jan was always contactable and always returned my calls. I believe Jan's positiveness and persistence is a great credit to her and is what got my property sold! Jan had every intention to sell my property and that's exactly what she did. What I appreciated the most was how Jan was always positive and so knowledgeable about the property market that I felt very supported and looked after. Thank you so much Jan, your assurances and experience in real estate really gave me confidence that my little house will actually get Sold, thank you :) I highly recommend Jan as a Real Estate Agent and I can't thank her enough!! I'm on the move, yay :))
