This was our first time selling, so you can imagine we were a little nervous about the whole experience. We met with a few different agents and were happy with all of them, but Jan stood out as she didn't oversell herself but instead gave us an honest and simple road map forward to selling our property. Jan communicates extremely well, letting us know what we had already done right with the property and nudging us in the right direction for items we could work on to ensure we got the best price. Jan has been working in the area for years and it shows, her knowledge is top notch. We secured a fast contract (after the first weekend of the house being on the market) at the right price. Thanks again for everything you did for us Jan!

I would highly recommend Jan as a realestate agent as she made herself always available, she conducted herself in such a professional way, kept us fully informed, was reliable, and made it easy for us to see the end result. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Jan.

Working with Jan was a fantastic experience. Jan's knowledge of the area, her dedication to selling our property and the support she gave us was amazing. Jan gave us little hints on presenting the property for sale. We had regular updates on interested buyers and open houses, and she presented all offers to us. I would recommend Jan to all buyers or sellers who want an honest, knowledgeable and supportive representative in a time that can be scary and emotional.

Jan was very professional and knowledgeable agent, that went above and beyond to provide an excellent experience in the selling of my property. Would highly recommend.

Gave great advice on price point. Kept us fully up to date on potential buyers. Achieved a sale price at the upper end of our expectations. Would highly recommend this agent.

Jan handled the sale of our property and was a really great in all respects ! Communication was key as we were Sydney based for the sale of our Wynnum West property - Jan was a great communicator throughout the sales process, we were kept up to date as she managed the process. She was both professional and personable and always positive and helpful - Jan definitely went above and beyond in recommending and organising excellent tradespeople to complete necessary works in getting the property ready for sale. Many thanks Jan- we would highly recommend you to both sellers & buyers

I could not be happier with the service and support Jan provided for the marketing and sale of my late sister’s townhouse in Wishart. She was thoroughly professional, gave sound advice at every stage and always kept me fully informed. The older two bedroom one bathroom townhouse went on sale in the difficult market of late 2018/2019. As the executor of my sister’s estate, I was obliged to try for the best possible price for the property and Jan understood my situation very well. She created a great marketing strategy at the start and pursued every lead with patience and persistence over a long and at times very frustrating campaign. When the right buyer eventually came along, she went above and beyond to ensure the sale went through. I was very pleased with the final result.

Jan has been a huge help to my father with many properties over the years. For the sale of the last property my father owned, Jan was a huge help to me since I became the Enduring Power of Attorney for my father. She gave advice on what needed to be renovated to the unit so the sale price could be higher. She went the extra mile by recommending an excellent solicitor and put in quotes for painting and flooring companies. Jan is professional, very knowledgeable and truly cares about her client's. She made all the difference and I could not have gone through this process without her.

She did what need to be done.

Thanks, Jan for your very reliable service. It took us a little while but you turned up every week and always available to us and the buyers whenever needed. We got there eventually as we knew we would.

from day one, Jan had answers to all our questions. Marg and I felt comfortable with the way she handled the whole process from go to wo. A compassionate lady, very confident which comes from her years in the industry. A true professional

Jan was fully committed to the sale of my property even though the market doesnt particularly allow for units to sell at the moment. Regardless of the number of changes we made to tenants, our minds, asking price or ad changes, Jan adhered to our request. The sale price was higher than we expected to receive and we’re very impressed that Jan didn’t give up hope.
