Having used Jane to sell a property previously it was was an easy decision to again contact Jane when it came to selling our family home. From the initial meeting with Jane and Elle to the finalisation of the sale, Jane's knowledge of the local market, her professionalism, communication and confidence that the property would sell was very reassuring. My mother requested me to sell her home on her behalf. Not being familiar with this process I sought advice from a professional. The very first person I spoke to was Jane Donald.I explained to her what I needed to do and sought advice on how to go about it. Jane was able to provide me with all the answers I needed to start the process of selling mums house. I did seek advice from two (2) other Real Estate Agents and found that their answers did not measure up to what Jane had provided me with. As a result I returned to Jane Donald and engaged her to sell my mums house. After Jane valued mum house we agreed that she would speak with people from her data base with the view of selling the house. As a result of doing this there were a number of offers made for the property. Jane kept me updated on potential buyers and their offers, often ringing or texting me to keep me updated on the process. I think it was about 5 days from when the house was put on the market to when an agreed price was obtained. The price that Jane was able to obtain for the house was well above my expectations. To say I was gobsmacked about the final price of the house and the short time it took to sell the house is an understatement. After the negotiations had been finalised the buyer asked to extend the cooling off period and have a short settlement period. I sought legal advice on where I stood with this request. I spoke to Jane, she was able to put my mind at ease with this request and I agreed to the buyers request. Jane kept me up to date by texts and telephone calls with the actual settlement process. In all the selling process was made very smooth mostly because of Janes professionalism, knowledge and ability. Nothing was a problem to her and she made me feel very comfortable with the sale. Should I be selling another house I would definitely recommend Jane, and Bob Berry Real Estate.
