As buyer, I think that Jane is a fair agent. Due to work reason, I could not make myself available from inspection to auction. I was impressed when Jane offered me a virtual inspection even before I asked. On the auction day, she reminded me to call in advance to check the connectivity. For my apartment we had a some tricky strata issues, some poor previous sales results in the building and I was very busy with work and a heavy international travel schedule. When we appointed Jane the overriding impression was that she listened to what we were looking for in an agent and tailored her advice and assistance to that rather than just taking a 'template' approach. Jane helped decide what elements in the apartment needed work, organised services and project managed their delivery while I was mostly overseas to get the apartment ready for sale a week ahead of schedule and ran a great campaign. We particularly appreciated the honest feedback during the campaign so we could make decision based on facts rather than spin and ultimately the apartment sold for a price right at the top end of our expectations and comfortably higher than any comparable apartment in our building.
