From the start it was evident that Garwood's were there to make a sale. We spoke to other Agents and felt we were just another property in their Listings whereas Garwood's approach was very well organised with lots of data and an obvious hunger for the work. They provided the full package with extensive internet coverage and staging of the apartment which provided a real 'wow' factor for an apartment which had some design challenges.
