We can't recommend Jane highly enough - and we're clearly not alone. Yes, we're biased because the sale result was so brilliant - but we're clearly not alone there either. Jane delivers the goods in spades, thanks in no small part to her profound understanding of what that fictional marvel Jeeves refers to as "the psychology of the individual". It's an approach that's encapsulated in Garwoods' catchphrase that "selling your property is personal, not transactional". Both Jane and James understand that property - whether it's a harbourside mansion or a first-homebuyers' fixer-upper - is primarily about people. Jane was unimpeachably professional every step of the way, while also being a delight to deal with. Like James (and in marked contrast to other agents we've had dealings with), she was refreshingly free of blarney and BS. Her advice was reliable and well-reasoned; and her analysis and strategy were right on the money. Nothing fazed or wrong-footed Jane; she was always fully focused, engaged and engaging. Jane and James have a solid team behind them at Garwoods, as well as an extensive and impressive network of support contractors, from stylists to cleaners and all manner of tradesmen and suppliers. Garwoods don't simply punch well above their weight; they're in a class of their own.
