The choice of an agent to sell our home was a massive decision, one which we laboured over for quite some time. We have been in the area for a while so have met a number of agents over the years. Our conveyancer mentioned Garwoods Estate Agents to us, so we decided to meet Jane. We are glad we did! As soon as we met Jane we liked her. We could see that she was a professional. But even more than that she seemed to care enough to want us to get the best possible price. We could tell that she took pride in her work. We were not disappointed! The auction was a great success and our beautiful home sold to just the right person. We were more than happy with the price achieved.
