Janice does what few agents can, works for both the seller and buyer. Achieving the best outcome for both. Throughout the process she was always extremely helpful and suggested commonsense outcomes to ensure both parties were happy. Can't recommend her highly enough.

As first home buyers Janice's knowledge, attention to detail and excellent communication were a real asset. It felt like a bit of a whirlwind, trying to buy in the current market, and dealing with Janice put us at ease that we were making a good decision on the right home for us. We feel extremely lucky that it was Janice that was selling the place we fell love with.

Jan was extremely helpful in my purchase and was always there to answer questions and assist. Couldn't ask for a friendly or more helpful agent.

From the first point of contact, a phone call, l instantly felt at ease with Jan. Her warmth and sparkly personality, resonated with me. Jan was not just going to hold open days, she was motivated to sell our property. I found her approach honest and refreshingly non aggressive, or pushy. Jan is a great communicator, and is with you each and every step of the way through the sale of your property. I highly recommend Jan to manage and support you through the sale of your home.

Janice was very professional and helpful. She stayed in contact during the whole process and my property sold quickly.

I was most fortunate to have Janice as my agent when buying a property at Rothwell. Not only does Janice know the area, she knows the property market only too well, she does her research. She knew what I was looking for and she kept me informed at all times. I am extremely thankful that she was looking after me.

Once again Janice has proved to me how professional she is in her approach to selling my property as well as displaying warmth and understanding to the stresses selling ones home can cause. Her sense of humour also shines through when a smile is needed. Thank you Janice. Hazel B

Janice delivered as promised and always had our best interest in mind. Janice is an absolute asset. Overall, she went above and beyond.

Janice was able to get Ottillie an agreed sale price above Ottillie's asking price. Janice was able to help Ottillie through every stage of the sale process. She was always contactable and helped to make every stage run smoothly.

I needed to sell 2 investment properties in 2 states, contacted Janice plus the interstate agent on same day to get the ball rolling, Janice was SOOOO much more fast, friendly, efficient and effective. I actually gave the other agent an earful about how he was being shown up by Janice ( his service and attentiveness got much better after that!!) Thanks Janice for your hard work, friendly manner and effective results, highly reccommended!!

I can highly recommend Janice Gribben as an agent to buy your next home with.
