I found Janice to be very positive which helped me a great deal with my sale. Janice kept me informed how things were progressing during this time, even before I would contact her. She is brilliant at her job and explained everything that was happening in a way that I felt confident with her doing the sale for me. I will definitely recommend Janice to anyone and everyone who is buying and selling.

I am a first-time home buyer and although my bank made things very difficult, Janice was there by my side the whole way- Keeping me informed and calm and communicating with brokers and conveyancers to get the job done. Her knowledge of the market and local area gave me confidence in purchasing. In this current market, a lot of agents don’t have time for buyers but this was not the case with Janice. She was helpful, reliable and contactable quickly. She made a very stressful time a lot easier and I would not hesitate to go through her in future.

Janice was a pleasure to work with through out the purchase of our property. All questions were answered promptly and Janice worked well getting information between buyer and seller. Thank you for your great work Janice.

We have bought and sold with Janice several times over a 20+ year period and would never hesitate in rating her as the best agent on the Redcliffe Peninsula. Janice's detail to looking after her customers weather buying or selling goes beyond what many other agents simply would not consider. Joan and I are very pleased with her friendly, upbeat nature, Thank you from the bottom of our heart Janice.

Janice was all class & professionalism. When added with sincere care & thoughtfulness, amidst some very straining circumstances, we know we found a gem! Top Score for Janice Gribbin, hands down! :)

Janice has been very patient and helpful during this process. She was very professional and knowledgeable and was a calming influence over an extended period.

Janice has been wonderful in helping us sell our property. From our first chat through to settlement, Janice maintained constant contact and helped us navigating an ending tenancy in the middle of the sale process with utmost professionalism and advice. She went above and beyond when curveballs were thrown our way and got us an excellent result! This is our second experience with Janice. She helped us buy this property 5 years ago and knocking on her door was an easy decision when it was time for us to sell. We highly recommend Janice’s services to sellers and buyers alike!

Janice really was lovely and helpd us out to make everything as smooth as possible, thanks!

As an interstate investor, and unable to view the property in person, it was important for me to see the property. Janice and I worked together to arrange a suitable time we would both be available so she could walk through the property via video link. Janice is very attentive and always made herself available to answer any questions or manage any concerns I had. Janice's market knowledge is extensive, her communication skills are fantastic and her level of professionalism was maintained throughout our business dealings. Janice is personable, with a high level of emotional intelligence and great customer service skills. These were the skills most important to me, and I would recommend Janice to anyone selling their home.

Janice recently sold one of my investment properties and I couldn't be happier with the way it went. Janice is seriously the best Agent I've ever had dealings with. She's friendly, flexible, honest and upfront. As a shift worker, I'm not always available during office hours but Janice was great at keeping me informed with txts an emails. She gave me great advice on price to expect and she was spot on. Janice delt carefully and respectfully with the tenant that was living in the house and ensured a smooth sale with absolutely no unexpected problems a long the way. I can't recommend Janice highly enough.

Janice has extensive knowledge of the local market and was very professional in all our dealings. From the first meeting we felt comfortable and confident that she would do the best for us, which she did! She kept us informed at every step. She is very approachable and returned calls promptly. We also found the fees to be very reasonable. We are very happy we chose Janice as our agent and have no hesitation in recommending her.

Her experience proved to be such a blessing to me. I needed her professionalism & market knowledge to benefit me, and that's exactly what I got, Thanks Janice, Thanks Crown.
