We bought our first home from a buyer through Janice who was their real estate agent. The service we were provided with was excellent, Janice was always very lovely, professional and prompt with responses to text messages and emails and also gave us a big pack to congratulate us being first home buyers with wine, chocolate, chips and a cute lil hand towel, made me cry! Such a great real estate agent, can't recommend highly enough, will definitely use her again in future selling and renting of our home ☺️

Janice sold this property to me in 2015 and I chose her to be my sole agent when it came to selling it again. I knew I could trust her and rely on her professional advice and guidance. She was patient and took the time to explain things at each stage. She kept me updated at regular intervals and was always at the end of the phone. She made what could have been a stressful process fun. She also got an excellent result for all parties. Do yourself a favour and appoint Janice if buying or selling 😊

Janice is an excellent agent especially if you are hoping to buy or sell at Peninsula Park at Rothwell. She knows the village well and is able to promote not only the villa but the whole village and it’s benefits. She is warm friendly and professional. I strongly recommend Janice but this recommendation does not include Crown Properties.

Janice worked very hard for us during a very difficult time. COVID arrived just as we listed with Crown Realty. Janice continued to show prospective buyers during this time adhering to all COVID restrictions. Selling to a limited market in a retirement village is not easy. We are happy to say we sold. I would have no hesitation in recommending Janice to any prospective seller and thank her for assisting our family.

Janice we found to be very professional and knowledgeable within her profession and was a delight to deal with. She conducted the transaction faultlessly and very professional, a real pleasure to work with.

Janice had loads of local knowledge, good ideas and recommendations on presenting our property for sale, and was very thorough with contract details. Janice listened to what I wanted communication-wise from her, and took the time to relay relevant feedback to me. I was pleasantly surprised to sell our property much sooner than I thought we would! Janice certainly took a lot of the stress away from me, and made the whole process smoother. Would highly recommend.

When I first contacted Janice she was unavailable but returned my phone call very quickly, arranged for a colleague to show me the property. On her return she took over again and brought the purchase to its final stage in a quiet, friendly, helpful and whithin the social distancing rules way. A special touch was a personal little gift from her on the handing over of the keys; thank you Janice!

Janice is engaging, professional and follows through diligently. Janice goes above and beyond in achieving the best outcomes for her clients. Thank you.

We found Janice to be highly professional and competent at her chosen career. With an easy manner and outgoing personality who else would anyone use. When any difficulties arose Janice was prompt with providing answers. Certainly knows the profession inside out. Highly recommended and would respectfully advise future buyers in the area to obtain the services of Janice. Certainly will save a lot of time.

Janice recently assisted us throughout the purchase of a new home for my parents who were downsizing and moving closer to family. This was a delicate process and I honestly can't thank Janice enough for her patience and kindness. Janice is a total professional and a credit to her agency. I would not hesitate to recommend Janice to anyone, buying or selling!

We have moved several times during my time as a Serviceman and this is the 4th as owners. As this move is to a Over 50s Complex a lot of questions arose. Janice proved herself to be highly efficient, professional and proactive in answering these questions. I can not recommend her highly enough in this, her chosen Profession.

Janice is totally professional. Her wealth of knowledge, coupled with the fact that she keeps you informed at all times, plus her easy going positive approach; makes selling a house a relaxed experience.
