Janice, true to her word had people into see my house within days and I was amazed at her industriousness in giving me an update each time she had someone through. It was not long before we had a contract and my house settled in 45 days. I can now get on with my life, thank youvery much Janice.

Janice was exceptional. She knew the area around my mothers property and was able to explain all about the virtues of the property. She also kept in contact to let us know what was happening. Which is great. I would definitely recommend Janice to other sellers.

My experience with Janice in buying my Villa was very easy, no pressure, and totally professional. She is a very considerate person and went beyond expectation in all our dealings with her. Janice kept regular communication with us, and was more than obliging in all aspects of the contract and additional viewings of the property. She is a treasure!!! So thankful we had Janice. Lovely Lady!

Janice has a great knowledge of the real estate industry. Always kept up to date information and always easy to talk to about the current position of the sale. A very professional approach from day one of selling. Highly recommended.

We cant thank Janice enough for her assistance with our purchase of our property. It took several views of the property and some measuring this and that before making an offer and Janice guided us through the process of our purchase. We are very happy with the end result.
