I would like to recommend a delightful young man Jared McGovern of Stockdale and Leggo Langwarrin. From the 1st time we met with Jared at an Open for Inspection he was extremely professional introducing himself and discussing the highlights of the property and potential that it also had. Jared is professionally presented, well spoken and no question is too silly, nothing is too much trouble for him to assist you. He has a great knowledge of real estate especially in the Langwarrin area. We subsequently attended the Auction of this property and were successful bidders. Jared and the team at Stockdale and Leggo were thrilled for us and he even took the time to take us to the For Sale board at the end of the property and take our photo after he put up the Sold sign. Very Exciting! I would highly recommend Jared as I have found him nothing but a delight to deal with.

I was given Jared's name by a friend and I am so glad I was. He is warm, friendly and just comes across as a very genuine guy, which after spending the couple week communicating I know he is. He made the process of selling my home very easy at a stressful time that made him a great asset. Would I recommend Jared to anyone looking to buy or sell a home definitely.

An absolute pleasure dealing with such a genuine, dynamic and enthusiastic professional as Jared. Highly recommended by me. Who wouldn't recommend the best?

Jared is not just good at his job, he's a genuinely nice person as well. Always friendly, professional and hardworking. I would definitely recommend Jared to sell your property.

My experience with Jared was fabulous, his knowledge of the local area and the price structure was excellent. Jared's professional attitude, advice and unfailing good humour throughout our sale made the process so easy and stress free, he stayed in touch before and after the sale to make sure everything was going to plan and was a pleasure to deal with. I recommend him highly to anyone who wants to buy or sell property with minimal hassle and professional service.
