As a buyer he did not work for me. However he went one extra mile to make the experience enjoyable and as hassle free as possible. During my house hunting I noticed that the real estate industry is full of snob and narcissistic agents. Jared was very surprisingly and welcome exception. Jared Webb went above and beyond to sell our house in ferny grove . Nothing was too hard from the minute we all met. We actually saw Jared every day for two weeks while we prepared our house for sale. He sourced all the tradies we needed for all the work we wanted done. He prepared three quotes for every job. Once we had chosen the tradies he followed every job through from start to finish. Our house went on the market on a Monday and Jared had it under contract by the Saturday. Everything he did was to an exceptional standard. There was days we spoke two and theee times a day, just so Jared could keep us in the loop. His personal touch and caring nature was what made dealing with him so much nicer. He looked after my mum from start to finish, reassuring her he would sell her house, get her the price she wanted and make it a hassle free sale. Jared asked us what we expected to receive from the sale of the house. After advising us of a price he thought we could get, he then sold the house for a further $10000.
