The house sold quickly due, I'm sure, to Jarrah's efforts. My only criticism would be that he was a bit slow in giving follow up after Open Inspections. Selling one's home is a very anxious and stressful time - a quick phone call straight after the open would have made me feel more part of the whole procedure.
