I first met Jarrah when I was interested in downsizing from my house to a unit. I was so pleased with the quality of service from both Jarrah and Erin. There were some difficulties with the settlement due to matters beyond his control but I found both Jarrah and Erin professional, supportive and always willing to assist me whenever I had a problem. We were happy with the knowledge and pricing of properties/units in the immediate area, and prices that could be realised, and we were certainly very satisfied with the end result. The flower arrangement left for us for our open inspection was a really nice touch, however, a reminder on the card attached with the flowers as to the open time on the next morning would have been appreciated as it was some 8 or more weeks since we had had the initial discussion with Jarrah about the process.
