We appreciated Jarrod's honest opinion and expertise when staging the house ourselves. Jarrod and his team, worked us through the questions and a swers needed to get top value for our place. They achieved a higher amount than we could have hoped for. Thank you Jarrod.
Jarrod and his team are an exceptional sales agency that successfully transacted the sale of my home. It was such a smooth process and completed in such a short time frame. Jarrod is very trustworthy and experienced in what he does I would recommend to anyone.
Jarrod O’Neil as this is the second time I’ve used Jarrod, his knowledge of houses and prices is very high. Making Jarrod one of the best real estate angents out there, would recommend Jarrod to anyone, great and very professional job, right through to settlement stage. Thanks Jarrod for your for selling my house so quickly and professionally.
Many thanks to Jarrod and Elli for helping us to secure an unbelievable property with a seamless transaction.
We lived in Padbury for around 30 years and selecting Jarrod as our agent was a no brainer. We have seen his 'For Sale' signs around in Padbury for many years which gave us comfort that his market knowledge and experience would give us the best possible outcome for the sale of our property. Jarrod didn't disappoint, his knowledge of Padbury was second to none and his communication and professionalism was excellent as you would expect from a seasoned professional. Jarrod was also supported by Elli at home open - Elli was also fantastic with various pieces of advice and even some help right before home open, no questions she just rolled up her sleeves and got into it (thanks Elli, you went above and beyond and that was much appreciated ). The sale process ran very smoothly from start to finish and we could not have been happier with the outcome. In summary, Jarrod is a true professional and we would not hesitate to use Jarrod's services again and would thoroughly recommend his services to anyone else. Regards Gavin & Andrea.
Our house was sold quickly, we received more than we expected and we were kept in the loop at all times. We felt our sale was important to Jarrod and he gave us great advice on presentation and what would be happening throughout the sale. We expected it to be a stressful time selling the house but surprisingly, it just wasn't. He takes a personal interest in you which gives you confidence that he is representing you at his best ability.
Jarrad was very professional and worked hard to get a result that exceeded our expectations.
I had never sold a property before, so I was a bit apprehensive given my house was my biggest asset. All of my apprehension disappeared the moment I engaged Jarod to sell my home. He guided me through step by step and was in constant communication throughout the entire process. Jarod and his team sold my property for a record price for Padbury! Hands down the best real-estate agent in the area; his local market knowledge is second to none.
from the first moment we met jarrod, you could feel his many years of experience - what an exceptional attention to detail.
very efficient operator, jarrod got us great price for our property
jarrod and his team were easy to deal with, great communication throughout the entire process
Jarrod sold my unit within 48-hours of listing and prior to the first home open. Jarrod used potential buyers who had missed out on other units he had sold, to sell this unit once my Tenant vacated. He planned a marketing strategy and uploaded to www with intention to have home open. The unit was sold abve expected sale price with the home open cancelled. Jarrod is at the top of his game and a Selling Agent who has been in the industry for 20+ years, experienceing a number of real estate cycles (both good and bad). For this reason, he sells with a wealth of knowledge and network new Selling Agents (with limited exposure and only good time experience) simply do not have. I wouldn't sell with anyone else.
