Jarrod sold my unit within 48-hours of listing and prior to the first home open. Jarrod used potential buyers who had missed out on other units he had sold, to sell this unit once my Tenant vacated. He planned a marketing strategy and uploaded to www with intention to have home open. The unit was sold abve expected sale price with the home open cancelled. Jarrod is at the top of his game and a Selling Agent who has been in the industry for 20+ years, experienceing a number of real estate cycles (both good and bad). For this reason, he sells with a wealth of knowledge and network new Selling Agents (with limited exposure and only good time experience) simply do not have. I wouldn't sell with anyone else.
