Our first property purchase in Australia since relocating from the UK was a wonderful experience thanks to the excellent level of customer service that Jason provided to us. His understanding of what we were looking for from the moment we first contacted him from the UK to our eventual purchase was faultless. Jason was always punctual on every occasion that we met and extremely accommodating when arranging viewings. It was so refreshing to be dealing with such a patient, knowledgeable and friendly person who provided us with such high quality customer service. Thank you Jason for finding us our dream home.

I found Jason to be very professional and accommodating. He brought a relaxed approach to the encounter and made it a very comfortable process.

Working with Jason has been an absolute pleasure. From the first time we met him when buying land at Satinwood Place in Lennox Head, right through to when we decided to sell the newly built house, he has been a fantastic agent. His knowledge of the local market was great, helping us to target the right level of buyers. He is a genuinely lovely guy who was always contactable to answer questions and give feedback after viewings etc. Our house ended up selling while we were overseas and we feel that we would not have got such a good sale if it wasn't for the hard work Jason put in. He consistently went above and beyond what we expected of a real estate agent and we would recommend him to everyone looking to buy or sell a property in his area. Thanks Jason! Susie and Liam.

We highly recommend Jason. We had a particular tricky purchase, however Jason made the facilitation seamless. He is genuine, friendly and very helpful. We would definitely use him again.

We where overseas when most of the negotiation took place, Jason was on the ball and had everything organised when we wanted it. Nothing was a problem all the way through the sale. Highly recommend Jason. Thanks again Jason

Jason did a wonderful job selling my house and went to a lot of trouble to ensure we did not lose the only interested purchaser. I would thoroughly recommend Jason to anybody thinking of buying or selling a property in the Lennox Head area.

Jason worked tirelessly to help us find our beautiful family home! He showed us many properties- sometimes multiple times!- to meet our ever evolving needs! He was always smiling, helpful and honest. We feel so grateful to Jason for guiding us through the buying process as first home buyers and feel very lucky to have had him as the real estate agent.

We would definitely recommend Jason to anyone wanting to sell their home. Jason exceeded our expectations. He is hard working and was always available at any time. He kept us informed and was in regular contact even when he didn’t have anything to tell us. He possesses excellent knowledge of the market and has years of experience which was evident in the effective marketing strategy he presented and recommended to us. Jason is genuine, hard-working, honest, and matter of fact which we appreciated, having dealt with agents in the past who just told us what they thought we wanted to hear. Jason provided good advice and brought with him a genuine enthusiasm and energy to the process of selling our house. We were able to witness his excellent negotiation skills and never doubted that he had our interests at the forefront of his mind when acting as our agent. Thanks to Jason, selling our home was a smooth and hassle free process and we wouldn’t think twice about contacting Jason next time we want to sell a property.

Bought the house of Jason 10 years ago and sold with him recently. Whole process seemless, great communication and he got me the price I wanted and some more. Would thoroughly recommend Jason and Elders as the people to buy AND sell through in Lennox Head.

Jason did a great job selling our family home - it was handled professionally and was drama free. He did all that we expected. I would not hesitate to recommend Jason to anybody considering an ethical and effective agent.

Jason It is a pleasure to let everyone know what a top job you and the team at Elders did selling our Lennox property. No wonder the accolades keep rolling in. Selling is a lot more stressful and emotional than buying especially when you have already purchased another property and need a sale to reduce exposure in a slow market. Jason, you did not falter with your positive, comforting, persistent enthusiasm and support and achieved the predicted results as promised. Ching, Ching Jason and here's to many more sales. Cheers Gary and Jacqui Patterson 2/16 Killarney Crescent Skennars Head

We purchased a house in Lennox Head and Jason was our agent. The service and information Jason gave us was first class. We live overseas and it was reassuring to know we were working with someone who knows his stuff and is not to in your face like some agents can be. I would definitely use Jason's services again if we were to buy another property in the area.
