I remember a friend sharing a story about Jason and his integrity in selling an elderly friend of hers house after her husband's death. I would strongly recommend Jason to anyone. We were wanting to sell our home and buy a new one, and contact several agent in the area to come and see us. We were in the position to buy first if we had to. Even before we listed the property with him, he would contact us anytime he came across a property listed with other agents, that may have suited just to help out. He also would keep us updated with what had been selling in the area, so we could see what our opportunity was to sell and what expected price we may get. I also checked out how many listing in the area and found a majority were his. I also looked up time on the market for each property and found he was far ahead of any other agent.
