Jason helped recently sell our family property, from the first phone call Jason has gone above and beyond any expectations we could have had. He kept us informed in regards to everything that was happening before the auction. I would not hesitate in recommending Jason to anyone. He's honest, trustworthy and reliable.
I am so glad I chose Jason from LJHooker, he's full of energy and communicates very well. I was always up to date on all recent sales and all the information I needed to make a stress free sale of my parents property. He gave the hard talk when I needed to hear it, he was to the point and honest when I needed to make a decision, also a great listener and very understanding of a families situation. I could contact Jason after hours if needed. He is part of a great team with Joe and is the only real estate with the energy and professionalism we met with that we would recommend. GO TEAM JASON!
I'm glad I chose Jason Gebran to be my agent for a recent property sale. He was very professional and knew the market well, providing excellent advice along the way. Jason regularly kept me updated with how the listing was performing and worked hard to proactively generate a lot of interest in my property, something which not a lot of agents do well. The result: we exceeded our sale expectations and were convinced that Jason squeezed every last dollar out of the sale, something which gave us great comfort and satisfaction. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Jason's services to potential vendors in the future.
Jason was extremely professional at all times. He was realistic with price estimates and market conditions. He kept me informed regularly during every step of the sales/auction process and always promptly replied to my questions. He helped with pre sales work that needed to be done at the house, as in recommending painters and a skip bin supplier. His enthusiasm instilled a sense of excitement and comfort making the whole process not as stressful or demanding as I thought it may be. I would recommend him.
Being first home sellers after 45 years in our home we had no idea where to start. Jason helped us every step of the way and his congenial and calming personality made selling easy. He was quick to return calls and always there when needed. We would recommend Jason to anybody wishing to sell
Jason was professional, committed, and available at all times. Highly recommended. Thank you for the successful sale!
The sale process of my property with Jason was second to none. Jason was always available, very transparent and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Jason to any potential seller.
Jason was a fantastic agent who sold my investment property in Granville. I currently live in Melbourne and needed an agent who could take care of everything. I contacted a number of agents before listing and Jason was by far the most energetic and passionate agent I spoke to. But he didn't stop there. Jason put the extra mile in right through the presentation and sale process. He worked hard with the tenants personally to present the unit well during photos and open for inspections. He spoke in detail to every perspective buyer and gave me regular reports. And during the negotiating stage with the final buyer, ensured I got the price I wanted. I can't highly recommend him enough. I'm not confident I would have sold my unit at this price with another agent. Thanks Jason!
I have bought and sold properties before and no one ever come close to Agent Jason Gebran. From the day I walked into his office at L J Hooker Granville, I was immediately drawn into his friendliness, enthusiasm, professionalism and his willingness to help me. He is very knowledgeable, an expert of the property market sector with intimate knowledge of the people within the community. He took time to explain the whole process of selling from start to finish and he kept me informed regularly during the open house weeks until the auction day. He is an incredible communicator with very strong people skills. He walked the talk and do more than I have ever expected such as organising a tipper truck to deliver a rubbish skip for me. His price guide prediction was spot on and I was very happy with the final sales. I am recommending Jason to anyone who is looking for a pleasant, hard working and an honest Agent. You will never go wrong with him and you will not be disappointed with your decision to use his service. He represented me all the way and answered all my questions truthfully with facts and and with care. His super people skills and work ethics speaks volume for his incredible awards and achievement in this industry. I will certainly use him again. Thank you Jason, from another happy customer. Harry K.
