Our tenant had a queen size bed in the lounge room and left their underwear hanging over the bathroom towel rails during the open for inspection times. The tenant did not present the unit nicely. Jason worked very hard to get the tenant to cooperate, arranged for potential overseas buyers to fly in and view the property, and ensured that his database of interested property buyers were aware of the property.
