After a number of different agents came through our house and discussed different sales tactics, Jason was the only agent who we felt was being upfront, honest and gave us a realistic market appraisal. We knew our sale was going to be difficult as it was during the Christmas/NewYears holiday period. Due to us being committed elsewhere and understanding the scenario we were in JJason was the only agent who gave us a realistic price to expect, which was in line with what we were expecting anyway.
