Jason was extremely professional in his approach to selling the property and always had the sellers interests at heart. At the same time for me as the eventual purchaser he always kept me informed of the opening hours and was always able to answer any questions I had. Thanks Jason. Tony
He is very sincere and knowledgeable. Under the not very bright circumstances, he worked so hard for us and gave us the best possible result. He is always pleasant, reliable, thorough, and quick to respond. We feel we were so lucky to have him as our agent. Thank you so much, Jason.
Jason has always been our number one "go to" agent. His excellent knowledge of the Canberra market and his great personal touch made us feel very comfortable during what can be an anxious time. He kept us in the loop every step of the way via daily phone updates and email reports. This made for a quick, smooth selling of our property. As their ad goes: "Thank you Mr Hooker you've done it again"
Jason is very professional and helpful. Thanks a lot to Jason's great work!
As new first home buyers Jason was a godsend. He kept us across all the requirements from offer, exchange and settlement. He was always available when we needed him - often going out of his way to provide advice and insight while we were in lockdown. His honesty and transparency were so appreciated. Would happily work with Jason again.
Jason recently sold my property in North Canberra and he is definitely one of the top professional agents I have used across Australia. The whole process was seamless and I was kept informed of progress every step of the way. Importantly, he was able to achieve an incredible sales price for my property. Highly recommend if you are considering the sale of a property in Canberra.
Jason is very knowledgeable, and a successful real estate agent He has always kept us updated with the market and has had our best interests in mind. He will always provide excellent service, is thorough and has perfect time management. We have always been are happy to have him as our representative and look forward to dealing with his company again in the future.
Jason was very professional and easy to work with. We appreciated his attention to detail and calm manner especially on auction day! Would recommend him any day.
From the very start i found Jason to be professional and honest. He gave us some sound advice to get the best sale which we followed. He placed really good images online which created a lot of interest. For me the best part was that he followed up with daily updates during the sale. Which was fantastic because we moved away to NSW before the sale. We ended up with a price much higher than expected and i doubt it would have been as good if we didn`t have Jason working as hard as he did in the background. Highly recommend Jason and his team to anyone wanting to sell in Canberra
Jason was a fantastic help with the house purchase process, and worked with me to co-ordinate times to view the property and take measurements. Really appreciated Jason's help and great communication!
Jason is very knowledgeable and kept us informed over the process. We are very happy with the outcome.
